Overview

The KOSAPLUS electric actuator is an automatic control device that uses an electric motor as the power source to drive the opening and closing of valves. The product is applicable to the control of rotary valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves and dampers in various industrial fields. It features high stability, long service life and convenient installation and maintenance.

KOSAPLUS offers two internal drive structures: Rack & Pinion and Scotch Yoke, providing customers with the optimal solution based on the torque characteristics of the valve and the on-site space conditions.

KE001 ~ KE008: It adopts a flat gear structure, ensuring stable torque and is suitable for small valves

KE010 ~ KE300: It adopts a swing fork structure and is suitable for high-torque and large valve control

2. The conveniently located top pressure gauge allows you to easily monitor the compressed air status at a glance.

3. By precise speed control, water hammer phenomenon can be prevented and smooth operation can be achieved.

4. The use of a waterproof valve can prevent rainwater or condensed water from entering the guide hole of the solenoid valve, ensuring its reliable operation.

5. The muffler installed on the side can reduce the noise generated during exhaust, and the interface specification is PF1/4.

6. The metal filter embedded in the air inlet can prevent foreign objects from entering, effectively avoiding faults, reducing maintenance work, and extending the product's service life.
