KOSAPLUS electric actuator is an automated control device that uses an electric motor as a power source to drive valve opening and closing. The product is suitable for controlling rotary valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and dampers in various industrial fields, and has advantages such as high stability, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.
KOSAPLUS offers two internal drive structures: Rack&Pinion and Scotch Yoke, providing customers with the optimal solution based on valve torque characteristics and on-site space conditions.
Product series scope:
KE001~KE008: Adopting a spur gear structure with stable torque, suitable for small valves
KE010~KE300: Adopting a swing fork structure, suitable for high torque, large valve control

Equipped with self-locking function to prevent signal transmission from causing reversal or misoperation.

Specialized electric motors can withstand high temperatures inside the casing and are designed with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
AC models come standard with a temperature protection device (TP) to prevent motor overheating and damage.
